Tae Kwon Do mixes Korean taekkyon and Japanese karate and became known in the 1950s. We are talking about a tradition that has coexisted for more than half a century in the childhood and adult training of people; Furthermore, when you learn - in essence - it is about instilling a series of values that go beyond personal defense, blows and counterattack towards an opponent.

This discipline instills the following principles:

  • Courtesy (Ye Ui)
  • Moral integrity (Yom chi)
  • Perseverance (In Nae)
  • Self-control (Guk Gi)
  • The indomitable spirit (Baekjul oolgool)
